ANIMALS UP CLOSE
Post titles, introducing the enormous wildebeest migration at the top of the Cheetahs Up Close special. Bertie had this idea to portray the wildebeest as these brooding, almost alien beings, so we wrote a big sci-fi theme for them.
Bertie’s goal for this special is to swim with a great white shark, so a lot of the score was dark and ominous. However, while he’s searching, he comes across this beautiful moment with a Southern Right Whale mum and baby, and so we have this warm, “gentle giant” theme (which we also bring back later in the episode).
The climax of the Dolphins Up Close special where Bertie films an epic sardine bait ball, and all the predators that arrive. Capturing the wonder and power of nature.
A lighter moment in the brooding Sharks Up Close score where Bertie showcases all the smaller fish that live amongst the reef.
Our Wolf Pack theme is given the epic treatment as Bertie and his team make exciting progress towards tracking them down.
